Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have to sign up for the vital life or fast life packages?
You can sign up for a three day taster trial, for 10 days or for 30 days and you have six months in which to use up your days. Particularly on the Vital Life package we recommend doing consecutive days as much as possible to achieve your chosen goal.



Where will you deliver to?
At present we offer delivery in Hull and surrounding villages. If you feel you may fall outside of this criteria then give us a call on 0870 1258999 and we will we more than happy to discuss a delivery.



I have allergies, will you cater for this?
Of course. part of the signing up process will ask you for your food dislikes and any allergies you have. Avoiding allergies is all part of eating well so we believe this is something we should do as standard.



Im a REALLY fussy eater...
No problem, if it is not a package where you are picking your food we ask you to tell us your dislikes and allergies as part of the signing up process so this is never an issue.



How soon after signing up can I start to get my food?
We need 48hrs notice before you want the food delivering.



I would not be in when you deliver, is this a problem?
Not at all, just tell us where to leave it or who to leave it with and we will worry about the rest.



I've signed up for 30 days on the vital life package but I don't know which days I want my food delivering exactly, can I just tell you as I go along?
Sure, when signing up we ask which days you will generally want the food delivering but if you can give us 24 hours notice that works for us. Alternatively you can get in touch once a week and book your days in to keep it simple.



Some nights I stay elsewhere. Could my food be delivered to an alternative address?
Of course. Just let us know 24hours in advance and we will drop it wherever you please.



I am looking to order a buffet, but we have a few vegetarians and a coeliac attending the lunch?
That is absolutely fine, just order as normal, giving your home address. If you have any special requirements just get in touch.



Something has come up today and I have a family tea to cater for tonight.. help?
Because we cannot get a tailor made order to you in such short notice, why not stop by at our Life and Fork To Go shop at The Millhouse Restaurant, Skidby. We have a selection of individual meals and meals for 6 on offer for you to take there and then.



How does my food arrive?
It arrives in a microwavable container with complete heating instructions and nutritional information on so you know exactly what you are eating and what to do with it.



Can I come to your premises and pick up my food?
Absolutely. We have our Life and Fork To Go shop at The Millhouse Restaurant Skidby where you can pick up pre ordered food or simply stop by and chose from the dishes on offer to take out there. We are also already making plans to have our food in more outlets in the near future.



How can I pay?
We can take debit and credit card payments.
