Whilst an overall balanced diet is ideal, we all have different reasons for wanting to eat well and we can gear our diet towards those goals. We have devised our menus around the three most popular reasons that people usually give for wanting to eat well.


Train programme

These meals have a good balance of slow releasing carbohydrates which are your direct energy source when exercising, they are balanced with good protein levels and contain good levels of vitamin B6 and Zinc which digest and use dietary protein and convert it to muscle.


Slim programme

These meals are designed with fat burning in mind. They contain a perfect balance of slow burning carbohydrates, protein and essential fats to keep blood sugar levels even. This prevents your body from turning sugar to fat when levels are too high. We ensure these meals contain plenty of B vitamins, vitamin C and chromium and zinc as these all play an important part in the role of fat burning.


Energy programme

These meals are for someone looking for a general boost in energy levels. Again this involves keeping blood sugar levels even but we include nutrients such as coQ10 and certain B vitamins which helps to convert food into energy.


All our dishes have symbols on to make it easy to identify which catagories they fall into and with the vital and fast life packages, we ask you to tell us your main goal upon registration and then create all your food around this to help you achieve it.
